Our company will help to execute a special permit for oversized transportation in European countries, Belarus, Ukraine and Russia.

You will receive a response to the request for the cost of the special permit during a working day.

To apply for the permit, the following data is required:

- Carrier’s address and company name

- Loaded vehicle dimensions:

• Length x width x height (in meters),

• Total weight with cargo (in tons),

• Overhang of cargo behind the trailer (in meters), if it protrudes from behind.

- In specific cases, a loaded vehicle scheme may be required

- Planned time of transportation

- Desired transportation route description, indicating the points of loading/unloading and name of border crossings

- Information about the truck and trailer:

Brand, model, number of axles (axial formula), wheel formula (number of wheels on each axis), axle loads, axle spacing

If there are additional requirements specified in the permit:

- We will receive all necessary approvals

- We will organize escorting of the oversized lorry by a pilot or police
